Our purpose is to design spaces people love to spend time in by offering mindful adjustments to realign energetic balance in a home. We provide globally inspired design that honors our connection to the earth and personalized services to celebrate each unique style.
This document outlines our Terms of Service, which explains Mana Home Design cancellation & refund policies and your required compliance with our design process. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following:
Rescheduling:
Life happens, we get it. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify Mana Home Design 48 hours in advance so we may open the availability to other clients. In cases of emergency or unexpected events, please communicate your circumstances with us at the earliest available opportunity, and we will do our best to accommodate your rescheduling needs.
Mana Home Design reserves the right to reschedule virtual appointments with a minimum of 24 hours notice to the client. All efforts will be made to notify you of changes as early as possible and reschedule efficiently.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel a virtual design service, please do so within 48 hours of purchase confirmation by emailing hello@manahomedesign.com to avoid unnecessary administrative efforts. You will receive an email notification of the refund being processed. The refund amount will be sent directly to your bank or credit card used for purchasing the service. Refunds are issued in the same currency as used for the purchase. The refund will appear in your account in 5 - 10 business days.
*Please note that a service fee of 6% will be deducted from your payment. We apologize for any inconvenience, the service fee is necessary to cover the processing fees imposed by our payment platform.
All sales are final once Mana Home Design receives your submitted Conscious Design Intake Form, full refunds are no longer available. This policy is due to our immediate investment of significant time and effort in creating personalized design plans, specifically tailored to your space, as soon as your responses and pictures are received. We endeavor to ensure a timely and exceptional design service for all clients and appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Refunds For Virtual Design Consult:
If you need to cancel a virtual consultation, we kindly request that you notify us 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. It is essential that we receive timely notification to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment to other clients. If you wish to cancel and request a refund for a scheduled virtual consultation, please note that a service fee of 50% will be deducted from your payment for the administrative and design work already invested into your project.
Refunds For Function & Flow Redesign Services:
All sales are final for a Function & Flow Redesign by Room or Whole Home after we receive your space dimensions. If circumstances arise where you request a refund before we receive dimensions, we can offer a partial refund. A service fee of 50% will be deducted from your payment for the administrative and design work already invested into your project.
Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to maintain fairness to designers and ensure efficient service for all our valued clients. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. Compliance With Design Process:
By purchasing services with Mana Home Design, you are agreeing to comply with our virtual design process. This process requires collaboration and active participation from both parties (Mana Home Design and you, the Client).
Compliance with our design process entails the Client providing Mana Home Design with necessary information about you, your style and your space to ensure our design services are offered at the best of our ability. The Client will be asked to schedule virtual appointments and arrive promptly to meetings to make the most of our time together. We kindly request that you reply to our information requests and schedule appointments in a timely manner to ensure a smooth design experience.
Regrettably, if Mana Home Design does not receive a response from you, the Client, within six weeks of our initial request for information after purchase, we will be forced to cancel your order without a refund. Before taking any such action, we will make five attempts to contact you via the email address you provided at purchase.
We understand that occasionally our correspondence may end up in your spam folder, so we encourage you to check all folders for our messages. You can expect to receive communication from Mana Home Design within 48 hours of your purchase confirmation.
Mana Home Design commits to responding to all communications in a timely manner. If the Client does not receive a response within 72 hours (unless otherwise informed) - please reach out to us again in case we have missed your communication. We endeavor to respect each of our clients' time and schedules.
Pricing Changes:
Mana Home Design services and pricing may evolve over time. All services have an expiration period of six months, from the date of purchase. After this period, any incomplete services pricing and availability may be subject to change.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
Mana Home Design is committed to respecting your privacy and maintains the confidentiality of your personal information. Mana Home Design will not utilize or sell your personal information to any outside third parties. Mana Home Design collects and uses your information only as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations to you.
If you select to allow for your space and/or inspiration images to be used on Mana Home content sharing platforms (website, social media, newsletter emails) or for marketing and promotional purposes, please be assured that no personal information will be disclosed. Mana Home Design will take every precaution to keep your space anonymous and your privacy respected.
As a small business, the before and after process of virtual interior design is vital to the success and promotion of our services. We greatly appreciate your participation in allowing us the opportunity to showcase our designs through your space. However, should you change your mind after “opting-in” for Mana Home Design to share your space, please email us at any time and we will immediately remove your space from our content sharing platforms.
Customer Service Policy:
Mana Home Design welcomes all people, from all corners of the world and all walks of life. We strive to be an accessible virtual design service provider that promotes diversity, respect and integrity. All interactions are met with good intentions, open communication and honesty. Any conflict or misunderstandings will be handled with kindness, compassion and focus on mutually beneficial resolution. Detrimental, threatening or abusive language will not be tolerated and services will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund.
Virtual Interior Design is a creative and personally unique subject matter. Mana Home Design aims to honor and embrace individuality, celebrating all styles and catering to eccentric tastes. Mana Home Design visuals including Design Boards, 2D Floor Plans and attributing documents are the intellectual property and interpretation of our designers. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of satisfaction throughout the design process by collaborating together with our clients to create mindful spaces, that you love to spend time.
